The technical and quality-securing departments are the heart of the CML Group. This is the cornerstone of the long-term success in cooperation between customer and supplier. To realize our customer’s requirements we are continuously striving on new technological possibilities.

Primary goal is to develop existing partners. This takes place through know-how-transfer during regular discussion-rounds with our factories and our mutual platform s.m.a.r.t.

For recent technologies (for example rigid flex), we build up new factories in accordance to our business-philosophy. Our local team supports continuously the start-phase and can therefore specifically point out what the customer’s require.

Only through an optimal work-preparation and the resulting work-instructions for the production, it is possible to produce high-quality products.

The technology-department is supported by our quality-management-team, which allows analysis with the help of an independent laboratory in Waldbronn (for example: quick – response for the automotive industry within 24h). The thought of the PDCA (Plan Do Check Act) and the 0ppm-target is firmly anchored in our members of staff.

The manufacture of a conductor plate requires going out from the base-material up to 31 work-steps. We would like to provide an insight into it here.
