Due to our different partner factories we are very flexible in our product scale. We are able to produce pcbs starting from single sided to double sided up to 58- multilayer boards with pcb tracks and pitches as far as 60µm. 8 layer pcbs with dimensions of 450mm x 600mm we already define as standard. Since 2004 we additionally offer HDI-multilayer pcbs. 2007 we could attract a new partner for flexible and rigid flexible pcb solutions.
As base material we take all usual in the market laminates of the biggest suppliers like NanYa, Kingboard and Sheng Yi. Furthermore are non-standard materials with CTI requirements, high TG values, halogen free material, Teflon or aluminium substrates part of our daily business.
