We wanted to go new ways - it has happened. The conductor plate still is a relatively young product in China. Through the explosion of the production-places in the last years, it became difficult to win competent personnel. Through our trainings center, we put the cornerstone for a long-term supply at personnel. First steps were taken. We are in negotiations with universities to train students in the dual system.

At the end of the education we have fully trained employees which can be use by our production partner efficiently.

We will be able to measure the success of this idea only in the next 2-3 years. To fulfil your quality standard and our 0 ppm philosophy it is necessary from our point of view to invest in t.raining on a long-term basis.
