2009 foundation of the CML France SARL

Due to the positive developpment of our team in France, we have taken the next step for the future and founded the company CML France SARL. From our office we support many customers in western Europe. 

 2008 foundation of the CML Group

After numerous specializations and expansions, the year 2008 themed for consolidation. Because of this the CML Group SE was founded to give a mother to the various companies. Thus synergies can be shared (like logistics, engineering, quality), and every subcompany can continue to develop in her business.With the foundation the logo and corporate identity was also redesigned.

2007 foundation of the CML Nordic / sales office in Paris

In line with our philosophy followed the proximity to the customer. Therefore the CML Nordic was founded. In addition, we opened a CML sales office close to Paris to expand our customer base in the Western Europe region.

2007 Company handover to the sons Daniel and Moritz

On 01.01.2007 the company was handed over to the sons of the founder of the company, Daniel Jacob und Moritz Hoeft. Today the fathers are still supportive and are an important component of the company, especially in sales activities.

2006 Expansion of the CML EurAsia as Service-Partner for our production facilities in China

The in 2005 started cooperation with CML EurAsia, was expended with WTS KK to follow the wishes of our customers and increased our presence in China. Meanwhile we are able to sell pcbs into the Chinese market, in RMB.

2005 Formation of the CML EurAsia

To become a global partner for our customers we started a cooperation with CML EurAsia in Hongkong. From this office we handle all our sales activities in Asia, North- and Southamerica in line with our CML Philosophy.

2004 Foundation of the CML Automotive

In the year 2004 we followed the needs of the automotive industry and founded CML Automotive. Here we manage our numerous automotive customers.

2003 Daniel und Moritz joined CML

In the year 2003 the sons of the two founders Daniel Jacob and Moritz Hoeft joined the growing company.

2001 Foundation of the CML Europe

Based on 15 year lax partnership and business connection between Günter Hoeft and Klaus Jacob CML Europe was founded in 2001. Klaus Jacob as sparkling contact source in the pcb industry and Günter Hoeft as expert of the Asian electronic market bundled their knowledge and built the foundation of our today’s company.
